Meet Frank — bold, bright and impossible to ignore.
Blue and Yellow Macaws are magnificent birds, known for their incredible colour and intelligence. When I was painting this fellow, the name Frank just popped into my head — and somehow, it suited him perfectly.
Painted in thick palette knife oils, Frank is full of rich texture, bold colour and plenty of personality. He’s the kind of character who brings a little fun and joy to a hallway, study, bedroom or anywhere that needs a colourful lift.
Original oil painting — 33 x 33 x 5 cm, framed in timber.
