Although we're sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes it's necessary to return an item, you must inform us in 7 days.  We aim to make this as easy as possible for you as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights. 

 

Damaged In Transit


Although our paintings and  prints are carefully packaged for shipping, occasionally accidents happen.

If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at support@chrismercerartist.com.au

If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a painting or print from us which is faulty or damaged, please take a photograph and contact us with 7 days and we will replace it without charge and without quibbling.
