Damaged In Transit
Although our paintings and prints are carefully packaged for shipping, occasionally accidents happen.
If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at email@example.com
If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a painting or print from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it without charge and without quibbling.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your print at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to assist.
