Who says art has to be serious? Sometimes you just need to have a little fun!
Meet Funky Dancer — a playful little celebration of colour, movement and not taking life too seriously.
With quirky shapes, unexpected colour combinations and plenty of personality, this painting almost seems to dance right off the canvas.
Created intuitively with my palette knife, each thick, textured mark found its own place. No rules, no grand plan, just me having fun with colour and seeing where it would take me.
I love that everyone sees something different in abstract art. Perhaps you'll see a dancer, a character or something completely unexpected. That's the beauty of it — there's no right or wrong answer.
The fresh white background gives the colours and textures room to shine, making this a fun little statement piece for a contemporary home.
